smLooptestMinISLRedundancy
Sets the minimum number of loops in which to include each ISL in fast mode.

smLooptestMinISLRedundancy[loops]
loops
The minimum number of loops in which to include each ISL for the SM Loop Test.
Use this command to set the minimum number of loops (default=4) in which to
include each ISL for the SM Loop Test in Fast Mode. Note this command is only
applicable if running Loop Test in Fast Mode.
