9. ELECTRICAL FAILURE CHECKLIST COMPLETE<br />
Upon completion of the ELECTRICAL FAILURE CHECKLIST, verify that all<br />
items have been accomplished and that the <strong>checklist</strong> is COMPLETE.<br />
