Diploma to Bachelor<br />
of Business<br />
ECU has approved ACBT to deliver the full<br />
three year Bachelor of Business program<br />
in Colombo. All classes are taught at the<br />
ACBT premises in Colombo 3, Sri Lanka.<br />
Two major disciplines of study are<br />
available – Management and Marketing.<br />
Students can choose a single major or a<br />
double major.<br />

A minimum mark of 50% in all 8 units<br />
Assessment<br />
Assessment for all units is ongoing and continuous<br />
comprising assignments, presentations, tests and a<br />
three hour final examination.<br />

Progression<br />
Stage 2/Year 2 of the Bachelor of Business followed<br />
by Stage 3/Year 3 of the Bachelor of Business<br />

Entry Levels<br />
• Sri Lanka or Cambridge GCE A levels completed – two passes required.<br />
• GCE O level English – C grade<br />
• Mature age students (20 years or over) may be admitted to the Bachelor of Business course without meeting the formal<br />
educational requirements if they can demonstrate relevant full time work experience.<br />
Note: Students who have completed A levels but do not achieve two passes will be required to enroll in the University Foundation <strong>Program</strong> and can be<br />
deemed eligible for entry to the Diploma after one semester if they achieve an average of 70% in 4 units.<br />
