Ow<strong>in</strong>g both to time constra<strong>in</strong>ts and to the object of this work, which was to provide a summative and recent overview of the use of digital technologies <strong>in</strong> classics rather than a critical and comprehensive history of the use of comput<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> each of the many related discipl<strong>in</strong>es of classics, a number of important articles and books have not received the level of attention they deserve. As with any literature review, the goal has been to highlight important themes and projects, a difficult challenge for such a dynamic and evolv<strong>in</strong>g field as digital classics.
