Introduction<br />
The design requirements for modern<br />
buildings in respect of floor drainage are<br />
many and varied Alumasc <strong>Harmer</strong> range<br />
of <strong>Floor</strong> <strong>Drains</strong> with its choice of<br />
materials, styles and capacities is the<br />
most comprehensive on the market.<br />
<strong>Harmer</strong> have for many years been<br />
pioneers in floor drain design solutions.<br />
The ability to design and manufacture<br />
solutions in house has allowed the<br />
creation of an extensive range of<br />
standard products as well as provide<br />
‘bespoke’ solutions to assist the most<br />
creative designers.<br />
The full range stretches across three<br />
principal material types. Cast Iron,<br />
Aluminium and Stainless Steel. The Cast<br />
iron and Aluminium bodies can be<br />
supplied with a choice of grates and<br />
bezel styles and material types to suit<br />
the area of use and budget. These<br />
include Stainless Steel, Nickle bronze and<br />
ductile Iron with a range styles.<br />
The stainless steel offer comprises of a<br />
suite of Standard and Compact units and<br />
a range of Standard and Custom<br />
Channels, supplied with either slots or<br />
grates.<br />
The Grate options for the stainless steel<br />
channels come in a range of load class<br />
ratings with top finishes to suit all floor<br />
types and building uses.<br />
All floor drains can be configured and<br />
designed to match the floor construction<br />
to which they are being installed and the<br />
floor finish they are adjoining.<br />
Flow characteristics can be established<br />
to give optimum layouts for drainage to<br />
minimise cost.<br />

any stage of the design, including<br />
