Hypo<strong>the</strong>sis 2. Implementation <strong>of</strong> ERP and BI applications in all functions <strong>of</strong><br />

decision making processes <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> organization (Bach, 2007). Hypo<strong>the</strong>sis 2 will be<br />

tested in <strong>part</strong>icular from <strong>the</strong> perspective that BI applications influence <strong>the</strong><br />

organization's performance management processes and less in terms <strong>of</strong> ERP<br />
