Aankooppolitiek<br />
• Fluxys stelt opdrachten systematisch open door potentiële contractanten in<br />
concurrentie te stellen met elkaar via prijsaanvragen en aanbestedingen en<br />
door de duur van de contracten in de tijd te beperken.<br />
• Transparantie en non-discriminatie vormen basiselementen om duurzame<br />
relaties met contractanten aan te gaan en een grondige marktkennis op te<br />
bouwen.<br />
• Er wordt in het aankoopproces gestreefd naar het beste evenwicht tussen<br />
veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en kosten om zo een bijdrage te leveren aan de<br />
rendabiliteit en de continuïteit van de onderneming.<br />
• Deze aanpak moet ertoe leiden om een optimaal resultaat te bereiken, dat in<br />
lijn ligt met de strategische objectieven van Fluxys.<br />
• Op basis van het voorgaande, kiest Fluxys voor een gecentraliseerd<br />
aankoopproces, waarin een dynamische rolverdeling tussen aanvrager en<br />
aankoper bestaat, die zich ontpopt tot een pragmatisch en efficiënt<br />
partnership om haar aankopen in praktijk om te zetten.<br />
