1 Ken Hanna<br />

Financial Officer of Cadbury plc. He was<br />
previously a Partner of Compass Partners<br />
International and Group Finance Director<br />
and Chief Executive of Dalgety (now<br />
Sygen Group plc) and had previous<br />
experience with Guinness plc (now<br />
Diageo plc), Avis Europe and Black &<br />
Decker. Ken is a Non-Executive Director<br />
of Tesco plc.<br />
2 André Lacroix<br />

Experience: Will is Chairman of Galiform<br />

plc and a Director of the All Churches Trust.<br />
He was previously a Director of Schroders<br />
plc, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Schroder<br />
Salomon Smith Barney (a division of<br />
Citigroup Inc.) and Vice Chairman,<br />
European Investment Bank of Citigroup<br />
Inc and Chairman of H.P. Bulmer plc. Will is<br />
a chartered accountant.<br />
4 John McConnell<br />

Experience: John was appointed as<br />
Group Finance Director of <strong>Inchcape</strong> plc<br />
in October 2009, having worked with the<br />
Group since 1999. John joined <strong>Inchcape</strong><br />
Australasia as Chief Financial Officer<br />
before moving to the role of Chief<br />
Executive Officer of Australasia. Prior to<br />
joining <strong>Inchcape</strong> he worked with Reckitt<br />
and Colman (now Reckitt Benckiser) for<br />
13 years in a variety of senior financial<br />
roles in the UK, Germany and Australia.<br />
5 Alison Cooper<br />
Position: Non-Executive Director<br />

Experience: Alison is Chief Operating<br />
Officer and Chief Executive designate of<br />
Imperial Tobacco Group PLC. Alison joined<br />
Imperial Tobacco Group in 1999 and has<br />

Director Western Europe and Corporate<br />
Development Director. Previously she was<br />
with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.<br />
