Over $2 Million follow-on full turnkey project<br />

TEL AVIV, Israel, June 27, 2007 - Ceragon <strong>Network</strong>s Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: CRNT), a leading<br />

provider of high-capacity wireless backhaul solutions, today announced that <strong>Digitel</strong> Mobile Philippines, Inc.<br />

(DMPI), a leading cellular telecommunications provider in the Philippines has again chosen to deploy<br />

Ceragon’s wireless solutions <strong>for</strong> the next stage of their network expansion. Ceragon’s high-capacity solution<br />

enables <strong>Digitel</strong> to increase their cellular network capacity and coverage to accommodate a growing<br />

subscriber base and increasing network traffic. This order totaling over $2 million <strong>for</strong> products and services<br />

follows several successful deployments of Ceragon’s wireless backhaul solution <strong>for</strong> <strong>Digitel</strong> over the past<br />

years <strong>for</strong> a total amount of $15 million.<br />

The upgraded network will have the high capacity and flexibility necessary <strong>for</strong> supporting <strong>Digitel</strong>’s<br />

latest mobile services and allows <strong>Digitel</strong> to generate quicker subscriber growth. Ceragon is providing DMPI<br />

which operates under the brand name of Sun Cellular, full turnkey implementation of the network including<br />

installation and commissioning, civil works, network planning and comprehensive network management<br />

solutions.<br />
