dishes This one-evening course will introduce you to<br />
new healthy ways to prepare your meals. Using simple<br />
recipes, you will create dishes that are easy, elegant,<br />
and delicious. You’ll prepare homemade dinners such<br />
as Cedar Grilled Salmon with Quinoa Salad, Chicken<br />
Piccata, Swedish Meatballs with Lingonberries, and<br />
a Fresh Green Salad with Classic Dijon Vinaigrette.<br />
Take home samples and recipes for your whole family<br />
to enjoy. Bring containers for your samples. The fee<br />

Discover how baking with gluten-free flours can be<br />
both healthy and delicious. We’ll explore various<br />
grains and flours, such as sorghum, millet, quinoa,<br />
coconut and sweet rice flour. Learn basic baking<br />
techniques and create treats and desserts that will<br />
amaze your friends and family. We will prepare<br />
Molten Chocolate Cakes, Gingerbread Cupcakes with<br />
Maple Glaze, Apple Crisp a La Mode and Raspberry<br />
Thumbprint Cookies. You will take home samples to<br />
BREW YOUR OWN BEER<br />

Join us for two fun evenings brewing and bottling<br />
your own beer! At Barleycorn’s Craft Brew, you will<br />
learn the basics of beer brewing. You measure out<br />
malt grains, extracts, hops and yeast, add them at<br />
specified times into the steam-fired copper kettles and<br />
stir the mixture during the boil. You will brew in the<br />
first session and return in three weeks to bottle and<br />
label your beer with your own custom designed labels.<br />
Bottles may be purchased from Barleycorn’s Craft<br />
Brew (at $12/case), or you may bring your own. You<br />
will finish with a newfound knowledge of brewing beer<br />
AND, more importantly, a case of personalized beer<br />
that you made! A materials fee of $25 is payable in<br />
