FINANCIAL PLANNING
FOR WOMEN
Andrea Winterer, CFP ®, Instructor
Women confront some unique challenges when
it comes to personal finances – they have lower
retirement savings and pensions than men due to time
out of the work force, but at the same time, a much
longer life expectancy. And women consistently give
themselves poor scores when asked to assess their
knowledge of investments and financial planning.
This course aims to change this! Join us for a gentle
introduction to key topics in financial planning. Topics
to be covered include: insurance, whether it’s needed,
and how much; retirement savings, from Roth IRAs
to 401Ks; taxes; and cash reserves. Gain confidence
along with knowledge to empower you for your
financial future! Limited to 16.
