“Spinning” is a great group fitness experience. If<br />

you have experience spinning, either with <strong>Needham</strong><br />

Community Ed classes, or in another setting – this<br />

class is perfect for you! The instructor uses upbeat<br />

music and enthusiastic coaching to motivate all<br />

participants throughout the session to challenge<br />

themselves at their own level of fitness. Join us for this<br />

exhilarating fitness experience – to stay healthy, feel<br />

better, and get in shape! Register early for this popular<br />

EARLY MORNING BOOT CAMP<br />

Are you serious about becoming more fit With the<br />

right fitness instruction, you can become fit and feel<br />

healthier at any age, and have fun doing it! If you are<br />

looking to lose weight and/or are eager to work on<br />

getting back in shape, this class will help you achieve<br />

your goals. This early morning class will include a<br />

dynamic warm-up/stretch and a variety of strength<br />

and fitness activities, delivered at a moderate pace to<br />

help improve current fitness levels. Join us to get fit<br />

and energized, and jumpstart your way to a healthier<br />

lifestyle! Note: The exercises can be adapted for<br />

varying levels of fitness, but participants should be<br />

comfortable running or jogging for short distances.<br />

Please wear athletic shoes and clothes comfortable for<br />

exercising. Limited to 18.<br />

WORKOUT<br />

Come join us for a fun, high-energy strength-training<br />

workout that will help you create lean muscle mass<br />

and burn body fat. Through the use of free weights<br />

and other equipment you will tone, sculpt, and build<br />

muscle strength through functional movements. The<br />

workout will also increase your flexibility, balance, core<br />

strength, and result in improved posture. Find out<br />

just how much better you can look and feel! Please<br />

wear comfortable workout clothing and bring 2 sets of<br />

hand weights (light and heavy) and a water bottle to<br />
