It is our pleasure to advise you that the 2008 HKECIA Annual Dinner will be held on
30 May 2008 at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Please find below the
event details :
1830-1900hrs Cocktail Reception Room 201 Foyer
1900-2200hrs Annual Dinner Room 201
Dinner Theme : Olympic Games
Please join us for this annual event! All HKECIA members as well as colleagues and
industry partners are welcome to celebrate this occasion. This is also an opportunity
to meet with the Association members and others involved in the industry. HKECIA
will be inviting the PRD Exhibition Associations and their members to join the dinner
The cost of the dinner is at HK$380 per person.
In order to bring a fun and memorable event to all members, a Lucky Draw and a
special entertainment programme will be featured in the evening. On behalf of
HKECIA, we look forward to your generosity in contributing attractive prizes for the
lucky draw, and would also seek your contribution in cash sponsorship for the
entertainment program. Your kind support will be appropriately acknowledged during
the evening. We look forward to your sponsorship in making this event an enjoyable
occasion.
