Male. Pulo cinereous fawn-colour, stout. Palpi ascending,
ourved over the front, not rising higller than the vertex; third .faint
lanoeoluto, mh.lutc, not more than one-foul'tb of tbe length of the
seoond. Antennl8 JDillutely pubosoent, inorassated at the base.
Abdomen extending a little beyond the hind wings. Legs stout;
llind tibim slightly fringed. Wings elongate, rather narrow. ,Fore
wings slightly aeute, whiti~h ulong tbe illterior part of the costa; a
broad palo fawn-coloured exterior baDd, which contains l\ outved
black diseal streak i submarginal line pale cinereou9, curved outward;
marginal poillts blaok j intorior part of tho costa incl'8sssted,
containing a tuft of long hairs; exterior border sligbtly convex,
moderately oblique. Hind wings pulo cinereouIJ, sligbtly hyaline,
