MILITARY PERSONNEL DATA SYSTEM (MilPDS) HIB MilPDS is the system of record for all Air Force personnel, including the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserves. This data system provides MAJCOMs and MPFs with the application tools to perform personnel tasks.
