plan equipment requirements, provides personnel readiness tracking<br />
capability, scheduling, & monitoring capabilities<br />
Primary system for more than 10,200 base-level users to perform planning,<br />
development, sustainment, and execution of Unit Type Codes<br />
(UTCs) for exercises, AEFs and contingencies<br />
