(T&A) capability for recording a variety of applications including civilian<br />
payroll, metrics collection, activity based costing and local management<br />
initiatives. eMTS provides automated interfaces for passing auditable<br />
T&A information to standard financial accounting systems such as the<br />
Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS) and the Standard Operation<br />
Maintenance Army Research and Development System (SOMARDS).<br />
