EDA is an online document access system designed to provide acquisition
-related information for use by all of the Department of Defense (DOD). It
provides multiple DOD communities & industries access to documents
used to support the procurement, contract administration, bill paying and
accounting process. EDA servers as s centralized document repository
that provides access to various types of documents: Contracts, Modifications,
Government Bills of Lading (GBL), Vouchers, Contract Deficiency
Reports (CDRs), Signature Cards, Government Travel Requests (GTRs),
etc. Provides customizable document reporting as either the Procurement
Data Standard (XML) or Portable Document Format (PDF) results.
