TMIP-AF is a suite of applications used by all services to provide and<br />
support many areas of medical care in a deployed environment linking all<br />
levels of theater medical care information to be used by commanders to<br />
make time-sensitive theater operational decisions and by care providers<br />
of wounded warriors.<br />

Provides multiple software applications that ensure the best possible<br />
medical care is provided in any environment<br />
Provides necessary support equipment when and where needed<br />
Records care in a longitudinal electronic health record accessible by<br />
VA providers when appropriate<br />
Ensures traumatic brain injury events and follow-on care are properly<br />
recorded<br />
Ensures necessary life-support equipment is available and the care<br />
provided during aeromedical evacuation of critically injured warfighters<br />
electronically records the process<br />
