GENERAL<br />
The following notes, together with an outline inspection and testing certificate, are included<br />
as a guide to assist management to meet ist obiligations.<br />
The operator, or other competent person, should record all the faults, difficulities and<br />
problems acturally experienced in the examination, checking, maintenance and operational<br />
use of the vehicle lift (e.g. corrosion, cracking, missing parts, hydraulic leaks).<br />
