you will know all the tips, tricks, and secrets to
doing it yourself and saving tens of thousands of

actual homeowner who has done it multiple times
successfully and wants to share his knowledge with
others ready to take the plunge. This is a soupto-nuts
review of everything you will need to know
to sell your property yourself, quickly and at the
right price. Topics to be covered include getting
your home ready to sell, which repairs you should
or should not do, pricing it correctly, marketing it in
person and online, running open houses, financing,
closing your deal, and much more. A copy of the
PowerPoint presentation will be included, but also
be prepared to take lots of notes! Please note that

EXTREME COUPONING

Do you watch the Extreme Couponing show and
want to know how they do it Or, have you been
eager to cut down on your monthly expenses but not
sure how to begin If so, join us for this fun class
to learn how you can drastically save on groceries,
organic foods, prescriptions, airfare, clothing,
household items, and much more. You will learn
the tricks of the trade from an experienced extreme
couponer – one who was able to get a $375 grocery
bill down to zero! No matter what your income level,
you will gain valuable tips on how to start saving
more of your hard-earned money with extreme
couponing. Note: participants are encouraged to
bring a non-perishable food item to class to donate
to the Needham Community Council food pantry
(since Elizabeth strongly believes that as you learn
to get more for less, you can donate to organizations
and people in need). Limited to 24.

LOW MAINTENANCE GARDENING:
FALL WORKSHOP
Joanne Neale, Owner of Garden Mentor, Instructor
Do you think fall and winter are times to rest in the
garden Wrong! There is plenty you can do now,
from small tasks to big-picture planning – come join
us for this two session class to learn what you can
do now to cultivate a beautiful but low maintenance
garden. We will focus on techniques for designing,
planting and maintaining a low-maintenance,
environmentally responsible garden. In addition, you
will be introduced to some new plants to enhance
your garden next spring, including lesser-known,
easy-care trees, evergreens, flowering shrubs, bulbs,
perennials and ground covers for sun or shade,
wet or dry sites. The course will include a photo
presentation of plants, and ample time for answering
specific questions. You will come home with many
color handouts and other materials to help you plan
your garden.
