as one of <strong>Needham</strong>’s most popular restaurants, Sweet<br />
Basil, opens its doors for this class only. You will learn<br />
more about the complex and fascinating world of wines,<br />
savor delicious tapas-style appetizers, and sample a<br />
variety of wines. You will learn about where and how<br />
wine is produced, how to classify it into broad types,<br />
how to buy, order, serve and store it, and, of course,<br />
how to enjoy it. Sweet Basil will provide appetizers<br />
carefully chosen to complement the wines you’ll sample.<br />
So sign up alone, with a significant other, or with a group<br />

BEGINNING BRIDGE<br />

Bridge is the ultimate partnership problem-solving<br />
game – it’s enjoyable, it’s social, and it helps players<br />
stay mentally sharp. If this appeals to you, then join us<br />
to learn the basics of this popular and challenging card<br />
game. The emphasis in this class will be on learning the<br />
logic associated with “The Standard American 5 Card<br />
Majors” bidding system. Every class session will include<br />
instruction followed by supervised bidding and play. You<br />
will also receive comprehensive and easy-to-understand<br />
handouts to assist you in learning the game. This<br />
beginning class is appropriate for both students totally<br />
new to the game and those who have played before but<br />
need a review of the basics. Limited to 16.<br />
