TAP DANCE WORKSHOP<br />

Learn how to tap dance, including the basic steps<br />

and moves – or expand on your beginning tap dance<br />

skills – in this class geared for both beginners and<br />

advanced beginners. Each class will include a<br />

warm-up, tap basics, and short combinations danced<br />

to different styles of music, all in a fun, supportive<br />

atmosphere. Join us for this class – you’ll learn this<br />

terrific dance form, enjoy a different form of exercise<br />

and you’ll always leave feeling good! Flat tap shoes<br />

are recommended and can be purchased at Capezio<br />

experience with Pilates, either with Sarah Roberts or<br />

another instructor. We will move at a slightly quicker pace<br />

than an introductory Pilates class, and include some more<br />

challenging exercises. Please bring an exercise/yoga<br />

mat and water bottle to class. Limited to 18.<br />

HULA HOOPING<br />

Learn to unleash your inner child with cardio based hula<br />

hooping! It is an exciting way to broaden your workout<br />

while creating a healthy body and mind. Hooping<br />

conditions your core, works on proper body alignment,<br />

boosts flexibility and stability, and lowers stress with<br />

an exhilarating aerobic total body workout. No prior<br />

hooping experience is required! The hoops are used as<br />

resistance training for all levels. Wear exercise clothes,<br />

bring a water bottle and an open mind, and watch as<br />

you laugh your way to a “new” you. Hoops are provided<br />

and are available for purchase. Limited to 16.<br />
