found the right place.<br />
Your nose follows the fragrant, fruity breezes<br />
through tidy Orville, Ohio to Strawberry Lane, the<br />
home of the J.M. Smucker Co., the nation's leading<br />
producer of jams and jellies that was founded here<br />
100 years ago.<br />
If you visit the Smucker's world headquarters on<br />
a Friday, you'll see the open collars and khaki chinos<br />
and know it's casual day. But, if you wander<br />
upstairs to a roomy office with picture windows<br />
overlooking the plant, you'll find a silver-haired<br />
septuagenarian bucking the biz casual with a gray<br />
pinstripe suit and gold and blue striped tie. He'll<br />
likely be hard at work and look small behind an<br />
enormous wooden desk, but will stop what he's<br />
doing to greet a visitor with a smile and handshake.<br />
