Founders Challenge
Chapters gain recruitment incentives
At Leadership College this July, General Council President
C.W. "Chuck" Poore introduced Phi Delta Theta's
newest initiative— The Founders Challenge Recruitment
Award. This award offers financial incentives to
chapters who exceed recruitment expectations for the
1998-1999 academic year.
Each chapter's individual challenge goal is the number
of men they initiated during the 1997-1998 academic
year plus "six" initiates. Chapters that initiate the
same number of men plus four or more initiates will
be eligible for various cash rebates from the General
Fraternity. More details can be found in the September
Palladian Window and on the Fraternity web site.
