evil oppressor on "disrup=ve techs”, users of covert tech to nega=vely control mass
world wide with secrecy but ignore countless alleged, untold posi=ve ac=ons taken:
• eg1-Certain groups seem to fund research-promo=on to tame aggressiveness & s=fle
IQ etc of some of popula=on(*fluoride water+), pregnancy control (*aspartame,
*vaccine+), but also fund “free energy” or “pseudo medical” tech research,
eg2-Use of phase array ULF shield or scalar/laser wave to likely affect weather, but also
they can destroy incoming meteor?, prevent pole shiR? for public protec=on?,
Classified underground accommoda=on worldwide for disasters?
• eg3-US military-intel funded major web search engine & social media sites oRen allow
disrup=ve technology info(though usually seems to depriori=ze in showing up late on
search, demone=zing, used for surveillance, or account cancella=on but allows reregistra=on),
and encourage info spreading or online transla=on service for free when
with they have op=on to block such empowering system/ac=vity from thriving(though
Russian Yandex also has it now). World wide web internet creators and promoters at
establishment even at intel agency level would certainly have known of future free
informa=on flow - including data some elites wouldn't want to spread around & remain
classified. *Part of mainstream science/military accepted, denied by media.
