Our wedding hotel is located high above Garmisch-
Partenkirchen and right next to the lake with one of the
most beautiful views in Bavaria, close to the Zugspitze.
166 comfortable suites and double rooms provide enough
space for all wedding guests and the spa area, pool and
lido will give relaxation before and after the wedding party.

Breakfast for guests without accommodation € 16,50 per person. The honeymoon suite is free of charge if there are
reservations for more then 30 rooms.

• The beverage flat rate is calculated till 1:00 am. Of course it is possible to party on,
from 1:00 am on we charge the drinks based on use or we make you a special offer for an extended flat rate.
• At the Seehaus (lake house) opend end parties are possible if all 9 rooms in the house are booked for an overnight stay.
If you do not want to book this rooms we recommend a move to the Riessersee Bar at 10:00 pm. There you will find a
music box with 30.000 songs, karaoke, billiard, dart, smokers lounge and everything else you might need for a special
party night.

Historic bob-sleigh cottage
• The bob-sleigh cottage with it´s rustic charmce is in original condition from the Olympic games in 1936.
It is located next to the lake in the forest and accommodates space for at least 36 guests.
• Next to the cottage you will find the historic landmarked bob-sleigh run and the bob museum.
A lot of more wonderful places are waiting for you around lake Riessersee like the sun terrace,
Biergarten, the panorama meadow for private wedding ceremonies or the unique wedding boats.
„Summer at the lake“
Reception on the lake terrace
• A swing and jazz band plays during the afternoon (live).
• We serve Aperol Sprizz and „Hugo“, oven-fresh Bruschetta or Canapées
and “the wedding cake” (please let us know your special ideas).
• On the lake terrasse your guests will find seating areas as well as bistro tables
and the afternoon goes by with little walks around the lake and boat tours.
• Every guest gets a “summer favor”
with a fan, refreshment towel, cool spray, sun lotion and fruit candy.
• During the afternoon we offer little round trips with the Riessersee raft on the lake.

„A winter dream“
All guests gather in the hotels lobby, bus shuttle to the ceremony. After the ceremony the party goes back to the hotel with a
romantic horse & sleigh ride. Find warm covers and pelts in the carriages and enjoy the trip through the wintry countryside of
Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We make a little break at the Riessersee cottage for soup, tea and hot wine. Back in the hotel there´s
a break for everyone to warm-up at the fireside, check-in, relax and get dressed for the evening party.
Later…
• Meet again outside on the lake terrace with view to the snowy Bavarian mountains with punch by the open fire,
hot chestnuts, sweets and candy apples. Helium-filled balloons with fireworks are prepared and by the light of the
torches they go lucent up to the sky.

„Free ceremony“
The guests meet in the hotel during the evening before the wedding for a “warm up” with a typical Bavarian snack in the hotels
Biergarten. We offer a barrel of beer (30 l), more beer and non-alcoholic drinks till 10:00 pm.
Next morning starts relaxed, everyone is “getting ready”. Free time for pictures, meetings, walks around the lake – just relax.
Round 3:00 pm the wedding ceremony starts on the Riessersee raft or on the alpine meadow. The guest are sitting on benches
behind the couple with a fantastic panorama view over the valley, the lake and to the mountains (master of ceremony/speaker
ordered by the couple). If the weather is bad the ceremony takes place in the hotels rooms.
