Dear Santa,<br />
I know you haven't heard from me in a while, but I need your help<br />
creating the most magical <strong>Christmas</strong> ever. I've written a little wish<br />
list – nothing excessive, no ponies or anything (ho, ho, ho!). For a<br />
gentleman of your expertise, this will be a piece of <strong>Christmas</strong> cake...<br />
Magnificent <strong>Christmas</strong> Lunch<br />
I want a 5 course buffet. All the traditional festive fayre, cooked<br />
to complete perfection using local ingredients. I'll also need a drinks<br />
reception. If you could pop by too that would be excellent – the<br />
children will love it (wear the red suit).<br />
Festive Afternoon Tea<br />
A glamorous, relaxed affair with delicious <strong>Christmas</strong> treats and the<br />
choice of hot toddies or mulled wine.<br />
Enchanting Ambience<br />
Think seasonal splendour, roaring fires, <strong>Christmas</strong> trees, poinsettias,<br />
mistletoe and garlands galore!<br />
That's the lot. No big ask, really!<br />
P.S. Although to really get me into the <strong>Christmas</strong> ‘spirit’ I<br />
wouldn’t mind a stay in an enchanting 17th century castle, with<br />
resident ghost and frighteningly good views of the North Coast,<br />
Thanks Santa, you're a gem.<br />
