Functions:<br />
1Judge continuty ofthe cables orwires.<br />
2Track the cables orwires,and diagnose the break point.<br />
3Receiver the tone signal onthe cablesorwires(telephone line).<br />
4Indentify the state in the working telephone line(clear,ring,busy).<br />
5Send asinglesolidtone oradual alternating tone to the object<br />
cables orwires.<br />

Connect thetest leadsto the pair,orattach one leadtoground<br />
and one leadtoeithersideof theline.Adualalternating tone,ora<br />
single solid tonecanbeselectedfromthe switch insidethe<br />
Sender(<strong>MS6812</strong>-T).Probethesuspectedwires withthe<br />
Receiver(<strong>MS6812</strong>-R),receptionof tonewill bestrongest on the<br />
subject wire.in casesofreadyaccess tobareconductors,the<br />
Receiver(MS6820-R)maybeused to receive thetone.<br />

Connect theRED testleadto theRINGside,BLACK to the<br />

back of the Receiver,andreplace thenew9V<br />

circuitry,and switch to"OFF".<br />
