from two work trucks.

an unlocked vehicle.

False Report: Deputies responded to a resident who
reported he was the victim of a robbery while walking
in the area of Route 7. It was later determined the
incident was a false report. The 33-year-old Sterling
man was issued a summons for falsely summoning
law enforcement.

Dodge Stratus that was parked in a parking lot of a
business.

Purse Snatching: The victim was walking in the area
when an unknown Black male grabbed her purse and
fled on foot. The subject was further described as
being in his 20’s, 5’8” tall with a thin build and
wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt at the time of the
incident. The area was searched but no suspect
matching this description was located.

Fight/Assault on Law Enforcement: Deputies
responded to the area for a reported fight in progress.
As a deputy was attempting to take a disorderly
female subject into custody, she struck the deputy
several times. Franchesca L. Wiley, 26, of Leesburg,
was charged with assault on law enforcement,
disorderly conduct and a summons for public
intoxication. Also charged was Sassafrass A. Wiley,
22, of Manassas, with obstruction of justice,
disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Two other
subjects were charged with public intoxication at the
scene. The deputy was taken to a local hospital where
she was treated and released.

and removed cash. A rear door was damaged to gain

Missing Person: Deputies responded to the area for a
report of a missing 67-year-old male with
Alzheimer’s. An aerial and ground search was
conducted with the assistance of the Fairfax County
Police Department Helicopter and the Leesburg
Police Department. The missing man was located safe
and sound.
