General Experience Record<br />
Name <strong>of</strong> Applicant or partner <strong>of</strong> a Consortium<br />
All individual firms and all partners <strong>of</strong> a consortium are requested to complete the in<strong>for</strong>mation in this<br />
<strong>for</strong>m. The in<strong>for</strong>mation supplied should be the annual pr<strong>of</strong>its after taxes, and they should be converted<br />
to Indian Rupees if they were not in Indian Rupees at the rate <strong>of</strong> exchange at the end <strong>of</strong> the period<br />
reported. In<strong>for</strong>mation in this Form shall be the same as the in<strong>for</strong>mation on the corresponding items <strong>of</strong><br />
"Financial Capability" (Form (5)). Use Form (2a) and attach Form (2b) in case the Applicant is a<br />
consortium.<br />
Applicants should not be required to enclose testimonials, certificates, and publicity material<br />
with their applications; they will not be taken into account in the evaluation <strong>of</strong><br />
