long train. Lovely ABN product. IU. Light age toning<br />
throughout, otherwise VF+.<br />
In 1884-85, the Florida Transit and Peninsular Railroad<br />
merged with the Florida Central and Western<br />
Railroad, Fernandina and Jacksonville Railroad, and<br />
Leesburg and Indian River Railroad and became the<br />
Florida Railway and Navigation Company, becoming<br />
the largest railroad system in Florida.]The new company<br />
was placed in receivership in October 1885 and sold at<br />
foreclosure. It was reorganized and became the Florida<br />
Central and Peninsular Railroad Company in 1886.<br />
