1101 1804 “Spiked Chin” ½ Cent. VF Details, Cleaned.
C-5, R.4. A well-know collector variety with a die
gouge protruding from Liberty’s chin. A very acceptable
representative that displays nicer than its condition
suggests. Est. 80-120
1102 1809/6 “9/Inverted 9” ½ Cent. XF. C-5. Sharp
in terms of actual detail with numerous minor ticks
that further define the grade. Est. 80-120
1098
1098 1787 Fugio 1 Cent. XF. Newman-11X, R.4. A
slightly scarcer type that is easily identified by its large
clash marks on the obverse surfaces that run beneath
the date. The surfaces are pleasingly smooth and show
above-average striking definition for the type with
strong central definition. A truly classic American
issue. (photo) Est. 500-700
with even chocolate-brown patina on both side.
pleasing example of the date with deep brown surfaces
strong bid. (photo) Est. 300-500
