(Pick 35) 1917 Soviet Government Issue. Blue and<br />

multicolor. Eagle, top center. YA-101. Uncirculated,<br />

for the most part. Many Choice, and some are possible<br />

Gems. An occasional example has bent corner tips<br />

or other minor problems. The brick is tied with the<br />

original string, and cannot be cut open until purchased.<br />

Three extra examples are loose at the top and<br />

bottom, outside the string, and these show bends<br />

from lying against the string. Sold as is, no returns.<br />
