rare specimen bank issue printed on card stock with<br />

minor rounding of the top two corners. The engravings<br />

were prepared by ABNCo. A wonderful opportunity<br />

for the specialist with a reported print run of<br />

headed allegorical woman at center with cap and wing<br />

on head, value flanking. FEB 14 1912 stamp on back<br />

right upper margin. A 5 Colones issue from the same<br />

design series was offered in the Mayer collection. A<br />

beautiful and rare item from an original printing of<br />
