UNPA SALES COUNTER
The UNPA Sales Counter is located on the concourse
level of the General Assembly Building at
First Avenue and 45th Street in New York.
Visitors must pass through normal security checkpoints.
The Counter is open seven days a week
(March to December) from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The
Sales Counter is closed on weekends in January and
February each year and on some public holidays.
The Sales Counter is subject to security closures at
any time. To confirm Counter hours, visitors can call
1 212 963 7698.
UNPA PERSONALIZED STAMP SHOP
The UNPA Personalized Stamp Shop is located in
the General Assembly lobby and is generally open
seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday
to Friday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and
Sunday. It is closed on weekends in January and
February each year and on some public holidays.
The Personalized Stamp Shop is subject to security
closures at any time. To confirm Personalized
Stamp Shop hours, visitors can call 1 917 367 4070.

Visit UNPA on the Internet on its home page on
the United Nations World Wide Web site. You will
be able to order stamps and products online, read
about new issues, receive information about UNPA
products, e-mail UNPA and use other features.

WHEN ORDERING BY MAIL
The item numbers used in this Bulletin identify the
products and should be written on the order form
in the Item Number column. The next column asks
for a description of each item as a cross reference.
In this space, you may also indicate any specific
requests, e.g., special marginal inscription positions.
Fill in the price in the appropriate column.
Multiply the price by the number required of that
particular item and enter the resulting figure in the
Amount column on the order form. Total your order
and indicate whether registration of the order is
requested. Add postage and handling charges.
Enclose your remittance and mail to the indicated
address.
The new-issue stamps, stationery or other philatelic
items have been pre-printed on the order
form for your convenience.
All items listed in the Philatelic Products Currently
Available section of this Bulletin may be ordered
on this form, subject to availability of stock.
Please allow at least four (4) weeks for delivery.
MAIL ORDER DELAYS
Because of the continued heightened security
measures at the United Nations, all incoming mail
received at United Nations Headquarters is subject
to increased screening and processing. Incoming
mail and orders addressed to the United Nations
Postal Administration have also been affected by
these delays. On average, it takes approximately
2-3 weeks from the time an article is posted for
it to reach UNPA. Consequently, some customers
have experienced delays in receiving their orders.

Many customers have been flooding the phone
lines with inquiries about their orders. Please be
assured that we are doing our best at UNPA to
process your orders as quickly as possible. We ask
for your patience and understanding in this regard,
as unfortunately we cannot avoid these security
issues.
