The Rt Honourable …………………….MP
The House of Commons
London
SW1A 0AA
Dear Sirs
I would like to bring to your attention information that has come into my possession that relates to the
English Constitution. England has a very good Constitution that is mostly written that has been subverted
over many years by successive governments, individual MP’s, members of the Civil Service - especially
within the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and others including media types. Subversion of England’s
ancient Constitution is a very serious crime of Sedition.
I have attached a leaflet that outlines some of the crimes committed by these people and it shows links to
other articles where much research has been done on this subject, including declassified documents that
prove beyond reasonable doubt that crimes were committed. You will see that Edward Heath, prior to
signing the first EEC treaty in 1972, was informed by Lord Kilmuir that Britain would lose some of its
Sovereignty. By ignoring this advice and continuing to sign this treaty which handed over some of
Britain’s powers to a foreign power (the EEC) Heath did in fact commit High Treason. When John Major
returned from Maastricht and said the Queen is now a citizen of Europe, he should have been tried for
Treason. All who have signed EEC and later the EU treaties have committed Treason – it is that simple
and no amount of spin/lies will change what is a fact!
Our forefathers, who wrote successive Constitutional Laws which are far greater in power than any
Statute Law introduced by despotic government, made sure that Britain’s Sovereignty would remain and
if anyone tried to change this they would have to commit Treason first. They foresaw potential problems
with oppressive regimes, either by government, Kings or Queens and so introduced three parts – 1) The
House of Commons who originate law, 2) The Law Lords, (who should sit in the highest court in the
land, albeit that has been subverted over the years and we now have a Supreme Court) they approve it or
not, and 3) The Sovereign who can use their powers of Royal Assent to stop governments from
introducing Laws that are unconstitutional.
The Asquith government usurped the Royal Prerogative by telling the new King George V that he kept
his prerogatives but had to have the backing of a government minister. This was a lie and an act of High
Treason. King George V gave his Assent to the Parliament Act 1911 which effectively revoked the
powers of the House of Lords. Since this time we have had the Parliament Acts of 1948 and 1998 that
have further eroded the Upper House until the House of Commons has become an elected dictatorship.
Further, the Constitutional Laws of the Acts of Praemunire 1351/92 and the Act of Provisors 1351 were
both unlawfully repealed in the Criminal Law Act 1967 (by Wilson in time for Heaths Treason) and the
1948 Statute Law Revision Act respectively. You might also like to look at the Constitutional Laws of the
Magna Carta 1215, Act of Supremacy of Queen Elizabeth I 1559 and the Bill of Rights 1689. A brief
guide to these can be found on the link to The Layman’s Guide to the English Constitution, written by a
former Policeman who knows more about the Law than our own Judiciary, which you should also read.

The damage done to the Constitutional arrangements of England by the House of Commons over a
hundred years or so amount to a major subversion of the Constitution and at this level a series of acts
which each amount to very serious acts of High Treason, contrary to the 1351 Treason Act and are High
Treason at Common Law.
Let me remind you that you owe your allegiance to the people who you serve, whom pay your wages, and
who simply want you to just do your job. I must also inform you that now you have received this letter it
is your duty to look into this further and act in the interests of the very good English Constitution.
Failure to do so will result in you being liable for the charge of Misprision of Treason.
Make no mistake that is what the people will be enforcing in due course. I suggest you take this letter in
the seriousness in which it was sent.
I look forward to receiving a reply of your intended actions.
Yours Faithfully
