up by <strong>the</strong> notary, <strong>the</strong> late Agostino de Tinctoribus, being rent for a house owned by <strong>the</strong><br />

said Master <strong>Vincenzo</strong> and due last Michaelmas ; <strong>the</strong> money is to be dealt with as stated<br />

in <strong>the</strong> deed drawn up by <strong>the</strong> said Agostino in <strong>the</strong> year 1501,<br />

our tenant Andrea da Modena on <strong>the</strong> first day <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> year 1501. First paid into <strong>the</strong><br />

court <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> deputy (<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Podesta) one grosso for engrossing <strong>the</strong> summons on <strong>the</strong> day<br />
