4.1 <strong>KPF1</strong>-<strong>MB</strong>1000 mounting base with centering<br />

Description<br />

This section describes the mounting base of the positioner <strong>KPF1</strong>-<strong>MB</strong>1000.<br />

The positioner is installed and secured on the floor, directly onto the concrete<br />

foundation. The surface of the foundation must be level and smooth. The<br />

minimum dimensions must be observed.<br />

The mounting base with centering consists of:<br />

• Bedplates<br />

• Resin-bonded anchor<br />

• Fasteners<br />

When producing foundations from concrete, observe the load-bearing<br />

capacity of the ground and the country-specific construction regulations. The<br />

concrete must have no cracks and fulfill the following norms for quality:<br />

• B25 according to DIN 1045:1988<br />

• C20/25 according to DIN EN 206-1:2001/DIN 1045-2:2001<br />

The following illustrations provide all the necessary information on the mounting<br />

base, together with the required foundation data.<br />
