Do not use more than idle reverse trust,<br />

except for safety reason.<br />

5. TWY RESTRICTION<br />

TWY A is available for code D ACFT.<br />

6. COM FAIL<br />

Communication failure procedure<br />

in manoeuvring area, whenever an<br />

ACFT, operating in manoeuvring area,<br />

experiences COM FAIL, it shall comply with<br />

the following:<br />

- Departing ACFT: continue strictly on<br />

assigned taxi route to the clearance<br />

limit and wait for the arrival of<br />

follow-me vehicle in order to be guided<br />

back to the stand.<br />

- Arriving ACFT: vacate the RWY and<br />

ILS sensitive area, via TWY D and wait<br />

for the arrival of follow-me vehicle in<br />

order to be guided back to the stand.<br />

7. AUXILIARY POWER UNIT<br />

Use of APU limited to 60min before EOBT<br />

and 20min after ATA.<br />

8. LOW VISIBILITY PROCEDURE<br />

8.1 Low visibility procedures will be applied<br />

with the following conditions, approach<br />

and landing operations and departure<br />

operations at the following conditions:<br />

- RVR is 550m/1804ft or below.<br />

- Cloud base height is below 200ft<br />

according to the meteorological report.<br />

- when the rapid deterioration of weather<br />

conditions recommends so.<br />

8.2 Pilots will be informed by ATC when LVP<br />

are in force.<br />

- RWY 22 is suitable for landing<br />

operations in ILS CAT I approach and<br />

for departure operations with RVR not<br />

less than 550m/1804ft.<br />

- No operations allowed with RVR less<br />

than 400m/1312ft.<br />

8.3 Ground Operations<br />

- TWY B and C are not available<br />

- Departing ACFT RWY 22<br />

ACFT shall enter the RWY via TWY A,<br />

in case of aborted takeoff the RWY<br />

shall be vacated via TWY D.<br />

- Arriving ACFT RWY 22<br />

ACFT shall vacate the RWY via<br />

TWY D, report to the TWR when the<br />

RWY has been vacated and when<br />

assigned stand has been reached.<br />

- Follow-me assistance available on<br />

request.<br />

ARRIVAL<br />

1. NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURE<br />

Pilots shall conduct their fl ight at a speed<br />

which permits operation of the aircraft<br />

in clean confi guration until reaching a<br />

distance of approximately 12nm from<br />

touchdown.<br />

Recommended speed is 210kt ±10kt or<br />

the aircraft’s minimum performance speed<br />

whichever is greater.<br />

Remainder portion of the approach, either<br />

instrument or visual, shall be fl own with<br />

a continuous descent, if possible. The<br />

interception of approach path not below<br />

3000ft QFE and aircraft to be established<br />

not beyond the OM or equivalent position.<br />

Execution technique must be performed<br />

with aircraft deceleration action and<br />

aerodynamic confi guration change so as to<br />

achieve fi nal speed and confi guration at the<br />

OM, FAF or equivalent position.<br />

It is recommended that aircraft comply<br />

with the above procedures except for ATC<br />

or weather reasons. (Non compliance is<br />

permitted for CAT II and III approaches.)<br />

No approach shall be made at an angle<br />

than less than the ILS glide path or less<br />

than 3° if no ILS is available.<br />

Aircraft executing a visual approach shall<br />

intercept descent path at not lower than<br />

1000ft QFE.<br />

DEPARTURE<br />

1. NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURE<br />

Pilots shall comply with the procedure<br />

except in adverse weather condition or for<br />

safety reasons and maintain the following<br />

parameters.<br />

1) up to 1500ft QFE:<br />

a) Take off power.<br />

b) Take off flap.<br />

c) Climb at V2+10/20kt or as limited<br />

by body angle.<br />

2) a t 1500ft QFE:<br />

a) Reduce thrust and climb at<br />

V2+10/20kt up to 3000ft QFE.<br />

3) at 3000ft QFE:<br />

a) Accelerate smoothly to en-route<br />

climb speed with fl ap retraction.<br />
