The processing period for the above noted bylaw has expired and as such City Council's policy on inactive bylaws
indicates the bylaw should be rescinded. Please advise as to the status of the bylaw conditions being satisfied. The last
correspondence we have is a copy of the letter dated November 12,201.0 from the Manager, Corporate Services to your
firm advising of the expiry date and date Council is to consider rescinding the bylaw.
