Corporate Officer, Patti Bridal, advised that two written submissions had
been received and distributed to Council, as follows:
1. Letter dated January 5, 2011, from Mr. Sven Rylandsholm,
Project Engineer, Kerr Wood Leidal Associates Ltd., for the
Applicant, re: Public lnput DVP00214.
2. Letter dated January 6,2011, from Gordon Rischanek, re: Public
Input DVP00214.
The Mayor called a first time for representation from the public in
attendance who believes their interest in property is affected by proposed
Development Variance Permit #00214 submitted by officials of OKB
Developments lnc. to vary the following provisions in Zoning Bylaw #5000
in order to construct multiple family buildings totaling nine dwelling units
on Lot 2, DL71, Plan 5737 , ODYD (3804 - 32 Avenue).

o Met with Engineer and Applicant to clarify discrepancies and
items of concern today
. Seems it is possible to develop the property as approved on
April 26, just more difficult

components, if he could work with this property owner
. Attached potential plan for his property with his submission
o Redesign of storm sewer/sump field would allow the
Applicant's April 26 design to be feasible
Requests an adjournment of this application, in order to
examine the technical details further
o His lot is very narrow, if everything is pushed against it,
development will be made more difficult
o Willing to work with Mr. Johnson to develop complimentary
projects
. Will enhance both projects for the community
. Request consideration of deferral to examine options
