Buses use an air suspension system, so crawling under
the vehicle would not be safe due to the possible sudden
loss of air that could occur.
The next slide depicts a system into which an isolated
reservoir has been piped.
The purpose of this “Emergency Release Reservoir” is
to allow the operator to move the vehicle to a safer
location until repairs could be affected.
