Outstanding Chinese Students Visited Canadia Group
Human Resources are the pillars for the
development and advancement of every
enterprise, organization, and the whole country
as well. To attract and encourage more potential,
competent and talented person to work for the
company, Human Resources Department along
with the support and cooperation from Human
Resources Department of Mega Asset invited a
group of fifteen outstanding students, scholarship
recipients from Chinese School Scholarship
program, from 3 reputed Chinese schools named
DUAN FA, MING SHENG, and CHONG ZHENG to
conduct a site visit and study at the Canadia Group
on January 14 th , 2013.
The visitation commenced initially with the
welcoming ceremony and impressive meeting at
the training room, the 15 th floor of Canadia Tower.
The event was held by the organized team led by Mr.
Lim Lee Rady, Head of Human Resource Division,
Mr. Lek Saravuth, Acting Head, Training and
Development Department and it was accompanied
by Mega asset organized team. At the opening
introduction, Mrs. Kem Sopheak, Acting Head of
Staff Relations and Recruitment, expressed a warm
welcome to all student delegation and delivered
a profound presentation about the Bank history
such as the rapid growth of the Bank business, the
growing number of branches and staff over the
last seven years, the wide range of financial and
banking services as well as the vision, mission and
core value of the Bank. On this amicable occasion,
Mr. Lim Lee Rady also briefly instructed the
students about his past experience and strategies
to discover the secret way to succeed in life, and
he also strongly encouraged the students to work
for the bank. The rewards presenting marked an

end to this fruitful and enjoyable meeting.
Hereafter, the student delegation were arranged
to visit the bank’s departments and Corporate
Services respectively. Having guided by Mega
Asset organized team, these outstanding students
paid a study visit to Rose Condominium, the under
constructing D.I. Riviera project and the city hall
at Koh Pich. After the visit, students, organized
teams, and Koh Pich staffs were requested to take
photos as memento.
Additionally, Ms. Ang Saing, secretary of
Chairman, held a short meeting with the student
delegation and led a dynamic conversation with
them. Among the conversation topics were
education, jobs, and their feelings and impression
towards the Canadia group. At the end, the student
delegation explicitly comprehended Canadia
Group business which range from banking sector
to real estate industry. Before leaving, the student
delegation expressed their gratefulness to Canadia
Group and organized team offering them the
opportunity for the study visit. They really hope
to be one member of Canadia Group in the near
future.
