It’s Game Time
A great opportunity for kids to take the skills learned in
beginning sports clinics and put them to use in a team setting.
Each day participants will be divided into teams and play
structured games. Players must have attended the Wichita Park
& Recreation basic skills clinic before registering. Ages 6–10.

Soccer Clinic
Go toe-to-toe while learning the basics of soccer including
offensive and defensive strategies. All classes will be held indoors

Volleyball Basics

MARTIAL ARTS
Self Defense Workshop
Be prepared to protect yourself in the event of a dangerous
situation! Learn a variety of techniques to use in response to
various attack scenarios such as use of pressure points, blocks,
kicks and punches. Expect some hand-to-hand contact while
practicing these control methods. Ages 8+.

Shorin Ryu Karate
traditional Okinawan techniques involving the use of hands, feet
and elbow emphasizing kata (traditional forms), blocking and
offensive techniques. The goal is to develop speed and increase
