progression of haemolysis is ongoing<br />

• It’s s not nocturnal<br />

– Haemolysis in <strong>PNH</strong> is subtle and constant,<br />

24 hours a day<br />

• <strong>Haemoglobinuria</strong> is a less commonly seen<br />

complication<br />

– ¾ patients present without haemoglobinuria 1<br />
