THE INDIAN ROPE BURN MASSAGE<br />

In this massage, rub the palms <strong>of</strong> the hands together until they are<br />

hot. Hold up the penis with one hand and with the other hand grip<br />

the penile base firmly with thumb and index finger. Perform the<br />

Indian Rope burn technique back and forth 9 to 36 times. This<br />

stimulates the kidneys. Performing this same technique on the middle<br />

<strong>of</strong> the shaft stimulates the digestive system. Massaging under<br />

the penile head stimulates the heart, lungs, and respiratory system.<br />

With one hand hold the penis up, while with the other hand<br />

perform the Rope Burn technique.<br />

FOUR WAYS TO INCREASE SPERM COUNT<br />

1. Testicles Grip and Squeeze Massage: This exercise stimulates<br />

sperm and hormone production and builds up sexual potential<br />

in the man. To perform, rub hands until hot. With one hand hold<br />

penis up and with the other hand grip the testicles and gently<br />

squeeze them. Gradually squeeze them harder with definite short<br />

and pronounced grips while gently tugging on testicles. Perform a<br />

minimum <strong>of</strong> 100 grips before switching hands and repeating from<br />

the other side.<br />

2. The Testicle Rattle: Like the above exercise, this stimulates<br />

sperm and hormone production for the man. Rub the hands together<br />

till they are hot and with one hand, hold penis up. With your<br />

other hand cup testicles starting the testicles shaking gently and<br />

gradually increasing the intensity <strong>of</strong> shaking. Shake testicles for at<br />

least three to five minutes. Switch hands and repeat.<br />

3. Testicle Tapping: Again rub hands until they are hot. With<br />

one hand hold penis up and with the other hand, gently tap and pat<br />

testicles, gradually increasing intensity and strength <strong>of</strong> pats. (Don't<br />

do it too hard). Perform for at least 3-5 minutes and then switch<br />

hands and perform from the other side. Also, pat at the root <strong>of</strong> the<br />

testicles at the base, on the perineum.<br />

4. Testicle Spot Press Massage: Rub hands until hot. With one<br />

hand hold penis and with the other hand massage testicles with the<br />

thumb, in a circular manner in both directions for at least 3-5<br />

minutes, (at least 100-300 times). Switch hands and repeat in both<br />

directions 100-300 times. Or, you can support the testicles with the<br />

fingers and thumb and massage in a circular manner with the heel<br />

<strong>of</strong> the hand.
