Woodlands Townhouses are ideal for families or groups of

more secluded setting. Each Townhouse offers either a
one-bedroom efficiency or two bedrooms, complete with

patio or balcony, plus standard guest room features and
amenities.The interior design and amenities in each
Townhouse mirror those offered in the Chateau.
Luxury Home Collection
The Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa collection of
luxury homes represents an eclectic gathering of housing
opportunities for you and your family. Each home offers
the incredible Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa
experience, including full room and bell service. Butler
service and personal chef are also available for an additional
fee to further complement your stay. A description of

there is a 2-night minimum for all Luxury Homes, and a

Arden Estate
Reminiscent of the great lodges of the Adirondacks,

indoor and outdoor gathering space. Celebrate life and

Garshak Tree House
The newest addition to Nemacolin’s luxury home
collection, the Garshak Tree House completely renovated
in February 2005 is available as two separate units or as
one large home. Each “half” features two bedrooms, a
loft area with an oversized chair that pulls out into a
single bed, three full baths, one half-bath, full kitchen, a
game room, dining room, and two sitting areas. The
stylish game rooms each offer a wet bar, billiard table,
and multi-level fireplace that goes up into the sitting area
above. A laundry area with stacked washer and dryer are
also in each unit.
Located across from Lake Taylor and next to Lake Paige,
the elevated Garshak Tree House offers parking beneath
the home. Small deck areas off the living room and one
bedroom on each side allow guests to enjoy peaceful
views of the surrounding landscape. Wildlife can often be
seen crossing the grounds.
