Banned <strong>in</strong> EU s<strong>in</strong>ce 2001<br />

Detection <strong>in</strong> fish and <strong>products</strong> malachite and the<br />

metabollite leucomalachite green<br />

There is also “crystal violet” <strong>in</strong> eels<br />

MRPL = 2 ppb<br />
