Veterinary drugs residues • For the using of a veterinary drug in animals destinated to human consumption, its active principle must be in: Annex I, Table 1, REGULATION (EC) 37/2010 on pharmacologically active substances and their classification regarding maximum residue limits in foodstuffs of animal origin The use of any substances included in Annex I,Table 2, is forbidden in EU (chloranphenicol, nitrofuranes and their metabollites)
